Disabling IP Helper from a thread on the forum fixed it for me. I can't find the thread but here's the information:

- Go to Start> Run
- Type services.msc
- Find IP Helper from the list
- Right-click, select properties
- Under Start-up type, choose disable
- Under Service status, click stop
- Apply all changes
- Restart your PC
